 We've come full circle from many event locations around south and central Florida to one of the originals for events, weddings, corporate events, sweet 16s and much more. In the very center of Palm Beach Gardens Florida is Embassy Suites which has stood the test of time since the early 90s. For over 30 years the hotel has managed to provide their event services to numerous parties and weddings. It's an older hotel built back in 1989 but honestly, you wouldn't really know that due to their renovations and updates. Embassy Suites has a grand staircase as you first enter the lobby and the infamous white swans in the pond area with very cool bridge that you can walk over. They have a gift shop and a neat breakfast area on the main floor as well as nice restrooms on both first and second floors. We've talked about country clubs, club houses, hotels and rustic venues but let's check out a different route for this blog. Orlando Florida is one of the vacation capitals of the world. From Disney and Universal to numerous waterparks and resorts, there's a massive list of options to have events. In the very center of downtown Orlando FL is a beautiful place to visit called Lake Eola. It's a special attraction to visit for walking and enjoying the outdoors. They have an ampitheater and many restaurants overlooking the lake. The nightlife here is fun for your after party or just going out.  One of the large buildings downtown has a really cool place to plan your event. Welcome to 310 Lakeside American Restaurant, bar and cafe. This is a very unique place and is loungey and upscale together.  One of the most famous places for horse racing and polo playing in the world is located in a country-like setting out west in the farmlands of Wellington Florida. Many wealthy people and even celebrities have homes out here on beautiful acres of land. There are several country clubs in the Wellington area and one of these long time treasures is Wellington National Golf Club, formally Binks Forest Golf Club. It has a very upscale and classy clubhouse with several party rooms and banquet rooms available. The building has definitely stood the test of time through hurricanes and remodeling, city changes and numerous events over the years. What's unique about Wellington National is the layout of the facility. It has a main clubhouse in the very front with a large courtyard and in the back another full size banquet room across the way.  Are you looking for a high class, elegant and garden-like setting that's simpler than a large and expensive country club. We've got a beautiful venue that is right in the very center of Tampa Florida and it's right on the waterway. In a section of the city called Sun Bay South which is a peninsula on the Tampa Bay water. Tampa Federation Garden Clubs is a great place to have your wedding, sweet 16, Quince or even a corporate function. Your photographer will enjoy all the gorgeous views, photo ops and places for portraits. It has a lawn area that surrounds the front of the building and a water view plus an area to have your wedding ceremony. There's an outside foyer with tall pillars and patio area, great for cocktail hour or pre-ceremony get togethers. The trees are a nice addition to your photos and the overall look of the building.  We had the opportunity to venture over to the west coast of Florida for a really great evening. There's a lot of really cool wedding and party venues that are nestled on the beachside. One really unique venue literally located on the waterway overlooking the beautiful Tampa Bay area is the Rusty Pelican. Just 10 minutes from downtown Tampa, the Rusty Pelican features numerous party rooms for any occasion no matter tthe size or type of party. From sweet 16s to weddings and birthdays to corporate events, they have a room for anything. As you pull up to the building they have parking available as well as valet parking up front. You can pull right up and walk to the main entrance while the valet takes care of your car. As you enter the main doors you'll be greeted by several fireplaces and a rustic and cozy log cabin style lobby area. Restrooms are located here right at the front.  Deep in downtown West Palm Beach is a hidden gem that's great for numerous parties and weddings. The Palm Beach County Police Benevolent building is a very cool and not talked about venue. Just before I-95 and downtown just before the main city right by the airport, this building is super close to everything. With such convenience for your guests, they can fly right into Palm Beach International and there's a multitude of hotels to stay at too. As you pull up to the Police Benevolent facility there's a decent sized parking lot that can hold quite a number of cars. There's also a very nice circular drop off with roof covering, which helps with rain or bad weather. It's also great to drop off guests. As you walk in the main doors there's a beautiful lobby area that has a small museum-like layout of historic police memorabilia. It's really neat to look at and kids also enjoy checking it out.  We had the pleasure of performing at a new wedding location this week. There are 3 main types of wedding and party venues to choose from. There's beach & tropical venues, rustic style; barn or farm style wedding venues and country club or clubhouse venues. You can also have an event at a home but that's another category. This venue is a rustic and modern style one that is beautiful and classic. The Grand Ol' Barn in New Smyrna Beach is such a cool place to have your wedding or special event. Right by the Intracoastal waterway and close to the downtown area just 15 minutes south of Daytona Beach. The best part of this venue is it's all air conditioned and indoors. Everything is in house and you can have a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one. As you pull up to the venue there's main doors on the very front of the barn to walk into and there's also a ramp and stairs to walk up to the side of the building. Many people love the zoo and little do some know that you can actually have a wedding or a party there. Which takes us to a very cool and extremely unique venue, the Palm Beach Zoo. It's so much fun and you get to experience a different kind of event from the same reception that many have.  We have wrote about many places in the Stuart Florida area and here is one that we thought should be added to our blog. Directly next to Stuart FL and we're talking literally across a bridge is the city of Palm City. It's a beautiful town with gorgeous homes, small restuarants and brunch places and lush green trees and upscale waterfronts. With it's gorgeous views of the intracoastal waterway and some of the best sidewalks to jog and walk in the whole area (for those outdoors people) this is an excellent place to check out. Just as you cross over the Veterans Memorial Bridge right on the waterway is Pipers Landing Country Club. It has lots of great golfing and the best views to play on. There's a long scenic circular driveway that takes you up to the main clubhouse which features a covered area which is great to drop guests off, especially kids and senior citizens.  Stuart Florida is a town known for fishing, beautiful ocean views, relaxing cafes & restaurants on the water, tropical paradise and an all around nice place to live, work and play. Stuart and the Treasure coast is also a great place to have weddings and events as they offer some perfect locations for you and your guests. The Tropical Wedding Venue, located in western stuart is a very intimate setting and offers a beautiful garden style venue with the best of both worlds, an area for ceremonies and an area for receptions. Keep in mind, this is a completely outdoor venue so good weather is a must, but you can always setup an optional tent too. It has a nice open area in the middle of the woods and garden area that's relaxing and tranquil. They can setup different kinds of tables depending on your event preference.  Downtown West Palm Beach is a place that you can enjoy and sightsee all year. There's lots to do including restaurants, bars, clubs, beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway and the city, Clematis by night, coffee shops, City Place and more. Having your wedding, party or special event in West Palm Beach is exciting and unique. Many brides, grooms and guests will have their event and then plan a fun after party downtown. There's a trolley that takes you around the town, you can walk as everything is very close or drive if you prefer. Which brings us to the main plot of this particular blog post. We had the pleasure of performing at a very cool place downtown. The Norton Museum of Art right next to Palm Beach Atlantic University and across the water from the island of Palm Beach.  This is the second time we've had the opportunity to perform our DJ services at this facility. Located in the very middle of Palm Beach Gardens Florida near lots of shopping centers, the Gardens mall and I-95 is St. Ignatius Loyola Church, also known as Catholic Diocese of Palm Beach. It's kind of the best of both worlds because you can get married in the church and have your reception in their gorgeous and brand new banquet hall just next door. It's a beautiful and modern building that was just recently constructed and can hold a large guest count of 50-300 guests depending on your layout. The room has a nice open center that can be used as your dance floor and it's open and airy.  We're going to take a trip to the south on this blog and tell you about a very unique resort that is situated very close to the Miami International Airport and close to many restaurants and hotels. With it's huge golf course, elegant marble and gold fixtures and amazing layout it's definitely high on the scale for ratings. Trump National Doral Miami boasts the high end of event planning. There are several buildings on the property and 2 of these specialize in events, from weddings to mitzvahs, sweet 16s to corporate events. We're going to talk about the separate event banquet hall that is on the west side of the property. It has its own building that can accomodate up to 125-150 guests and is a beautiful open room. It has an amazing outdoor patio area great for pre-event gatherings and cocktail hours.  The room also features beautiful chandeliers, sconces and white walls so you can add uplighting  to illuminate the room in your choice of colors.  The treasure coast has numerous venues to host your wedding or party. It's known for it's gorgeous beaches and amazing scenery. From restaurants to shopping, waterway views to lots of entertainment, Vero, St lucie, Stuart and Hobe Sound are beautiful places to enjoy. A fun, relaxing and gorgeous place to have your wedding or special event that's not too over the top but still offers luxury for you and your guests is the Marriott Hutchinson Island Beach Resort. This hotel is about as close to the ocean as you can get. Across the intracoastal waterway and on the beach side nestled up near the beach, it has a large multi-building complex with golf courses, pools and more. There's plenty of parking for your guests and it has beautiful pool area with a tiki bar next to it. As you pull into the Marriot Hutchinson Island there's a nice roundabout that circles 2 different buildings on either side. One side is the hotel rooms side and the other side is the event building.  A classic event venue that's been around for many years but still stands the test of time is so close to the airport it's literally across the street. If your guests are flying into town just for your special occasion, this is definitely the hookup. There are numerous hotels all within a mile of each other. Hilton Airport West Palm Beach has many ballrooms available but one in particular that is great for medium to large events is the Majestic Ballroom. This is a separate building that is connected to Hilton WPB and offers it's very own entrance, open spacious room with a big dance floor and plenty of room for a buffet, gift tables a small stage area can be setup and lots of guest tables. We have provided DJ services, photo booth , uplighting  and karaoke for this facility. This room is reccommeded for events with a guest count of more than 50 people, as it's a larger room.  We're travelling down south a ways to Boynton Beach Florida. This area has numerous country clubs, event venues, hotels and more. We have one in particular that is a really unique layout and has lots of room for your guests. Situated off I-95 just a few miles to the west in a gated community is Indian Spring Country Club which is home to many residents and boasts a gorgeous clubhouse for your wedding, party, mitzvah or gathering. As you pull up they have a valet service to assist you or you can park in their parking lot. It's a decent size lot and is very close to the clubhouse. There's a ramp with a covering to easily bring your party or wedding items in and your vendors can also bring their equipment in too. As you make your way up the stairs or ramp, you'll be greeted by a foyer area as you walk in that curves around in a U shape to a very cool bar area.  Stuart Florida is known for it's amazing beaches, fishing areas and awesome tropical views. Directly across the way on the north side of Jupiter Island is Huthcinson Island that is home to numerous boaters, beach homes and golf communities. One particular wedding venue that stands out as a popular desination to get married is the House of Refuge. It's a historic building that has a museum that has many artifacts from settlers here. The location has amazing beach views overlooking the atlantic ocean and it has the perfect patio area out back by the water that is used for weddings, parties and events. The back is setup with pavers and all open access directly to the beach.  We have provided sound for many ceremonies out on the beach and the one thing you have to keep in mind is power is very limited. We use a full battery system and wireless microphones for ceremony sound. This is so helpful so we don't have to run power cords. Once the ceremony is done guests can head over

 The city of Port St Lucie Florida has really flourished in the last decade and there are so many places for weddings, parties, birthdays and special events you can enjoy. From hotels to country clubs, the beaches and the infamous Tradition area. There are a lot of great options out there for your event and it's hard to choose what's best. We have a little gem that's very conveniently located with a taste of the country but right in the middle of all the action. St. Lucie Trail Golf Club is a cool little place that provides you with elegance and class but its not too over the top either. One of the originals in the area and a hotel that we've performed at many years and still operates today is the Marriott in Palm Beach Gardens Florida. This is one of the venues as an entertainment company we first started at decades ago. The Marriott in Palm Beach Gardens has truely stood the test of time because its one of the first hotels in the Gardens area. Palm Beach Gardens is known for very upscale and classy places to enjoy. We've got another unique facility that could be a great place to have it. Nestled off to the side on Lake Worth Road just east of State Road 7 in a quiet area is a cool little venue that you'll definitely want to look into. Atlantic National Golf Club is a very cozy and stylish venue. As you pull into the community the clubhouse is just down the street overlooking goregous golf courses.
