Marriott Hutchinson Island Beach Resort Wedding and Party Hotel Venue

 The treasure coast has numerous venues to host your wedding or party. It's known for it's gorgeous beaches and amazing scenery. From restaurants to shopping, waterway views to lots of entertainment, Vero, St lucie, Stuart and Hobe Sound are beautiful places to enjoy. A fun, relaxing and gorgeous place to have your wedding or special event that's not too over the top but still offers luxury for you and your guests is the Marriott Hutchinson Island Beach Resort. This hotel is about as close to the ocean as you can get. Across the intracoastal waterway and on the beach side nestled up near the beach, it has a large multi-building complex with golf courses, pools and more. There's plenty of parking for your guests and it has beautiful pool area with a tiki bar next to it. As you pull into the Marriot Hutchinson Island there's a nice roundabout that circles 2 different buildings on either side. One side is the hotel rooms side and the other side is the event building. They have a restaurant on the ground floor and the additional floors are all event rooms and banquet halls.

This particular event that we performed was a wedding reception right outside near the pool in a covered patio type area. It has nice waterfall and intimate layout for a smaller size wedding. It's the perfect size for a 50-75 guest weding or party and room in the center for a dance area and tables can be circled around the outdoor room. There's a nice long hallway which is great to have a buffet and bar with bartender on the one side and possible your DJ or musician on the other. There's plenty of room for a gift table and guestbook area and they can setup your cake on a high top. The sweetheart table was located in the center near the dancefloor. 


Marriott Hutchinson has their own, in-house kitchen that can prepare your meals on site. You can choose to have a sit down / plated dinner or buffet station witth several menu items. They also have a wedding and event planner that can help you with the setting up and flow. All tables and chairs are in-house and they can set up all the decor for you too. This of course, is the outside area,you can also choose from several banquet rooms in the event building. They have a small room on the 3rd floor with a patio overlooking the water. They also have a larger ballroom available for events of 100+ guests. 


In addition to the Marriott Hutchinson Resort reception, they also have a separate building with pool, tiki bar, rooms and the actual beach overlooking the ocean. If you're interested in having a beach wedding this is the hook-up you want. It's an amazing view and for your photographer they will be able to capture some awesome photo ops. Here's the catch though, there's no power physically on the beach so you'll have to hire someone with a wireless setup. Our company has a battery powered, fully wireless speak setup. The Marriott can setup your chairs and alter however you would like. It's an unbeatable place to have your ceremony. Keep in mind that summer ceremonies can be very hot so fall, winter and spring weddings will be cooler in Florida. Definitely look into this venue!

The Addison Boca Raton Florida Weddings or Parties

            A s a mobile DJ entertainer we've had the pleasure of working at numerous venues. A great place we recently worked at is The Addison in Boca Raton Florida. I will give you a nice summary of the facility and what you can expect when you have your event there.              It's a nice facility for parties, weddings, even corporate affairs. It's right on the corner of Camino Gardens Blvd and Dixie Highway on the southeast side of Boca. As you turn into the parking lot of the Addison on the left side is numerous parking spots for your guests. So you will always be assured that there's a place to park. They also have valet parking too and parking around the . The building covers all the way around a courtyard with a large banyan tree in the center. The Sundy House Delray Beach Wedding Venue Restaurant Catering Receptions

                                       Finally another edition of our blog from a new place that we had a chance to work at. I personally have not had the pleasure of performing at the Sundy House in Delray Beach Florida until this past weekend. My other DJs performed their in years past and enjoyed the great scenery. The Sundy house has some history based upon the venue and this is a great little getaway for those who want a small south Florida paradise with a taste of rivers, trees and cute gazebos.                                        I was told that originally the Sundy House in Delray Beach Florida was the home of the first Mayor of Delray Beach, Florida. This home was remodeled more recently and turned into a hotel cottage type of venue with a restaurant, bar and lounge in the separate buildings and lush green natural areas throughout the facility.
