The Addison of Boca Raton Wedding Venue

 A historic and unique wedding venue is sitting on the edge of Boca Raton near the coast. Boca Raton Florida is a very upscale, charming and classic modern city, with restaurants, shops, community centers and many different places to visit. Over close to the beaches and intracoastal waterway on the ever-famous Dixie Highway is a popular wedding venue called The Addison. The building was designed by the architect Addison Mizner back in the 1920s and has a gorgeous garden and landscape design with wood and marble features throughout the facility. 


As you arrive to the Addison of Boca Raton there's a parking lot on the east side with plenty of parking and valet is also available. Once you enter the main gates of the building, you'll be greeted by a large courtyard with a massive banyan tree that surrounds the ceremony and cocktail area. The ceremony part of the wedding can be situated on the main level overlooking a water fountain, and a lower level area with pavers. This will be the cocktail hour with your server and bartender. Your ceremony archway can be setup and the bridal party can remain indoors prior to the start of the ceremony. The Addison can setup chairs for your guests with an aisle and your music entertainment can setup off to the side with plenty of room to spare. 

Your cocktail hour can be down on the next level near the water fountain and music can also be setup. It's really great for you guests because the walking distance is within a few feet. The brides and grooms can then go take pictures throughout the beautiful building features and garden area. They have a bar and lounge in the main part of the building near the entrance and then the main ballroom is just in the next room. As you move into the next room it has an amazing dancefloor and lots of space for tables with an additional room for tables if the guest count is larger than 75. The big feature of this room is an awesome staircase and balcony that overlooks the entire room. The bridal party can go upstairs or stay downstairs and have photos takin from upstairs. Either way, you'll be in aww of the great photo ops. 

The Addison of Boca Raton also has another building that is on the southside of the facility. It has several additional party rooms great for smaller weddings and medium weddings. With doors that access each part of the building, your guests will have no trouble finding the restrooms, main hallway and courtyard. Everything is fully connected throughout the Addison building. Hands down, in Boca Raton this facility has got the best layout for pictures in the garden / pavers, the building and under the banyan tree. We have also provided a photo booth and uplighting for this very cool place.

The Sundy House Delray Beach Wedding Venue Restaurant Catering Receptions

                                       Finally another edition of our blog from a new place that we had a chance to work at. I personally have not had the pleasure of performing at the Sundy House in Delray Beach Florida until this past weekend. My other DJs performed their in years past and enjoyed the great scenery. The Sundy house has some history based upon the venue and this is a great little getaway for those who want a small south Florida paradise with a taste of rivers, trees and cute gazebos.                                        I was told that originally the Sundy House in Delray Beach Florida was the home of the first Mayor of Delray Beach, Florida. The Addison Boca Raton Florida Weddings or Parties

            A s a mobile DJ entertainer we've had the pleasure of working at numerous venues. A great place we recently worked at is The Addison in Boca Raton Florida. I will give you a nice summary of the facility and what you can expect when you have your event there.              It's a nice facility for parties, weddings, even corporate affairs. It's right on the corner of Camino Gardens Blvd and Dixie Highway on the southeast side of Boca. As you turn into the parking lot of the Addison on the left side is numerous parking spots for your guests. So you will always be assured that there's a place to park. They also have valet parking too and parking around the . The building covers all the way around a courtyard with a large banyan tree in the center. Many people set it up so that between the banyan trees the ceremony arch is in the middle and the rows of chairs are on either side.
