South Florida Gig Log and Event DJ Venues

 We had the opportunity to perform at a brand new venue in Palm Beach Gardens Florida. Avenir Clubhouse is a beautiful new building right on Northlake Blvd. in western Palm Beach Gardens in a gorgeous new community. As you make your way tothe very front of the building there's a ramp walkway for wheel chairs and vendors to bring their equipment in. There's double doors that take you into a marble vaulted foyer area with a really cool kids room on one side and pool area in the back. As you turn to the left you'll see another beautiful hallway and restrooms on the leftside as well. As you walk into the main ballroom you'll be amazed at how big, beautiful and elegant the room is. With tall vaulted ceilings, carpeted and tiled floors and chandeliers. The room is surrounded with glass doors and windows throughout the entire room.  We've come full circle from many event locations around south and central Florida to one of the originals for events, weddings, corporate events, sweet 16s and much more. In the very center of Palm Beach Gardens Florida is Embassy Suites which has stood the test of time since the early 90s. For over 30 years the hotel has managed to provide their event services to numerous parties and weddings. It's an older hotel built back in 1989 but honestly, you wouldn't really know that due to their renovations and updates. Embassy Suites has a grand staircase as you first enter the lobby and the infamous white swans in the pond area with very cool bridge that you can walk over. They have a gift shop and a neat breakfast area on the main floor as well as nice restrooms on both first and second floors.  There's many traditional wedding and party venues available in the state of Florida. As a party planner, guest of honor or brides and grooms, you have choices such as a rustic barn or farm, hotel, church, park or country club. Sometimes you can also think outside the normal wedding or party styles and try something a little more adventurous. Many people love the zoo and little do some know that you can actually have a wedding or a party there. Which takes us to a very cool and extremely unique venue, the Palm Beach Zoo. We've had the opportunity to perform a number of events here as DJ, photo booth  and uplights .  Downtown West Palm Beach is a place that you can enjoy and sightsee all year. There's lots to do including restaurants, bars, clubs, beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway and the city, Clematis by night, coffee shops, City Place and more. Having your wedding, party or special event in West Palm Beach is exciting and unique. Many brides, grooms and guests will have their event and then plan a fun after party downtown. There's a trolley that takes you around the town, you can walk as everything is very close or drive if you prefer. Which brings us to the main plot of this particular blog post.  A classic event venue that's been around for many years but still stands the test of time is so close to the airport it's literally across the street. If your guests are flying into town just for your special occasion, this is definitely the hookup. There are numerous hotels all within a mile of each other. Hilton Airport West Palm Beach has many ballrooms available but one in particular that is great for medium to large events is the Majestic Ballroom. This is a separate building that is connected to Hilton WPB and offers it's very own entrance, open spacious room with a big dance floor and plenty of room for a buffet, gift tables a small stage area can be setup and lots of guest tables. We have provided DJ services, photo booth , uplighting  and karaoke for this facility. This room is reccommeded for events with a guest count of more than 50 people, as it's a larger room.  We wrote an article about this facility years ago but thought it was a good time to revisit since this is a nice venue out in western Royal Palm Beach. Madison Green Golf and Country Club has several buildings on site that are great for events. We will talk about their main banquet facility which is perfect for parties, weddings, sweet 16s and Quinces. You can comfortably fit a guest count of 60-80 people and still have room for your buffet, gift table, sweetheart table and cake table. There's a small indent area in the wall after you first walk into the main hallway that is great for a DJ or musician. As you face the room the shape is just like the letter T. There's a dance floor area in the very center of the room and off to the left and the right are areas for tables.
