We wrote an article about this facility years ago but thought it was a good time to revisit since this is a nice venue out in western Royal Palm Beach. Madison Green Golf and Country Club has several buildings on site that are great for events. We will talk about their main banquet facility which is perfect for parties, weddings, sweet 16s and Quinces. You can comfortably fit a guest count of 60-80 people and still have room for your buffet, gift table, sweetheart table and cake table. There's a small indent area in the wall after you first walk into the main hallway that is great for a DJ or musician. As you face the room the shape is just like the letter T. There's a dance floor area in the very center of the room and off to the left and the right are areas for tables. Towards the back of the east side of the room is a bar area and a place for your food and buffet. Madison Green can setup your food or help you with the best options for catering.
The musician or DJ can also setup near the glass windows to the outside depending on your event layout. The planner at the facility can fill you in on the best layout for your guests. They have wonderful chandeliers and lighting that can be dimmed for later on in the evening.
Some other things that are great for Madison Green in Royal Palm Beach are
uplights and a
photo booth. They really add great ambiance to the room and turn your wedding or party into an elegant vision. The restrooms are conveniently located when you first walk into the building in the foyer aka hallway. The layout as we mentioned can be a little tricky but if you create you vision and set it up with a planner then you can easily turn it into the perfect look.
On to the next main thing that many brides and grooms would like to know. They can setup your wedding ceremony outside on the golf green with chairs and the archway. The bridal party has plenty of space to prepare to walk down the aisle with the overhang connecting the restaurant building and the banquet room. Your photographer will love the photo ops available outside on the golf course. You can also have someone escort the brides and grooms on a golf cart to the ceremony. In addition having a cocktail hour for a wedding or a party can be setup directly out back on the porch area overlooking the golf course. It's the perfect place for pre-party gatherings and then guests can make their way into the banquet room.
A few more minor details that we want to mention at Madison Green Golf and Country Club. They have a carport with overhang so you can pull up and drop off your senior guests or families. It's very convenient incase of Florida weather getting in the way. Secondly, They have many places on the golf course for photography such as a gazebo, greenery and gorgeous palm trees. Lastly, it's only 15-20 minutes west of the Palm Beach International Airport so guests can easily fly in and be at the venue easily. Best of luck on your venue planning!
