 The city of Stuart Florida is known for it's beautiful ocean and intracoastal views, fishing, snorkeling, diving and beaches. It's surrounded by so many gorgeous beach locations, golf spots and of course downtown areas. Right on the intracoastal waterway just over the bridge from Palm City and 5 minutes from downtown Stuart is a very classic and cute clubhouse that's stood the test of time. Established in the 70s and 80s, Monterey Yacht Club is a condo complex with a fantastic spot picked out right on the water. Monterey Yacht club boasts easy access with a perfect parking lot that is right next to the clubhouse with lots of parking. As you make your way into the building theres a walkway that goes up to the door with a kitchen access door on one side and a main door for the other. The kitchen access is great for your caterers.  We've stumbled upon a hidden gem in the Stuart Florida area. It's so hard to find affordable venues that are nice, clean, roomy and easy to access. On the border or Hobe Sound and Stuart Florida in Martin county is the Port Salerno Civic Center. Right by lots of boating and the main waterway with several seafood restaurants and little shops, its an amazing place to have your next Birthday, company party, wedding reception or get together. Right off Dixie highway this building has a good size parking lot directly next to it for easy parking. It has easy access for wheelchairs and offloading equipment, party props, food, etc. Port Salerno Civic Center is a nice open room which can be setup how you want. First thing you'll see when you arrive is a walkway up to a nice wrap around porch that goes around bot sides of the building.  This venue is not exactly a public event location but we really enjoyed our time here. The Duckwood homeowners association also known as Duckwood Clubhouse is a beautiful, cute and homie layout that's great for smaller family & friends weddings, parties and events. The point of the blog is for those who don't want to book a large banquet hall, hotel or country club, there's always other smaller options in communities that are great and affordable. This clubhouse is setup in a nice neighborhood in Stuart Florida and its situated on a small lake with a pool on the patio, a nice dancefloor area separate from the area where guests can sit. It's a really great place for pictures and very easy access.  The Duckwood clubhouse has a parking lot that can fit about 20-30 vehicles with a long sidewalk to the main door.  Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just slightly north of the beautiful cities of Stuart and Jupiter Island & Tequesta is a cute venue that has a little history to it. Hobe Sound Civic Center has been located here for a number of years and serves as a banquet hall, party room, meeting hall and event venue. Located just off US Highway 1 close to Stuart Florida, Hobe Sound Civic Center is a smaller banquet hall made for parties of 20-50 people max. If you're having small to medium parties, sweet 16s, graduations or even meetings and small wedding receptions then this could be a nice option. It features wood floors a storage area, plenty of space for dance floor area, restrooms and plenty of parking. A really nice feature is a ramp that connects directly to the main door. We had the opportunity to perform at a cool little venue in the Treasure Coast area of South Florida in a small city of Stuart Florida. Stuart FL is known for boating, beautiful beaches and a town that's made for relaxation. They have lots to do and enjoy but are known for fishing, blue ocean, great restaurants, and shopping. In the very center of this gorgeous area is Stuart Yacht & Country Club which is very elegant & upscale. Many of the local residents enjoy dinner dances and events at the clubhouse.  It features a remodeled beautiful building with a drive up and drop off area that is covered, an easy access ramp with wheelchair access and easy to load in and out your things.  The city of Stuart has several small towns within the area and it's a very relaxing laid-back area. Right on the intracoastal waterway the town of Palm City is a beautiful area, great to grow up in and enjoy life. One place in particular that is great to have a party, wedding or special event is the Palm City Community Building or center. It's on the west side of the bridge going over the waterway and into the city of Stuart.  Palm City Community Center is a cute building that has stood the test of time as it's been in this location for decades. It has now been fully remodeled and has a beautiful modern look to it on the inside. The building is a nice open room with space to hold a comfortable 50-80 people and boasts a modern light wood floor.  Stuart Florida is a town known for fishing, beautiful ocean views, relaxing cafes & restaurants on the water, tropical paradise and an all around nice place to live, work and play. Stuart and the Treasure coast is also a great place to have weddings and events as they offer some perfect locations for you and your guests. The Tropical Wedding Venue, located in western stuart is a very intimate setting and offers a beautiful garden style venue with the best of both worlds, an area for ceremonies and an area for receptions.  We have a really relaxing venue for you in this blog and it's in a gorgeous town that's close to the beach and set on a beautiful golf course just west of US 1. It has great views overlooking a lake and lots of photo opportunities too. Lost Lake Golf Club is a medim size wedding and party venue that can accomodate a comfortable 60-80 guests and still include a dance floor, sweetheart table or guest of honor table, guests tables, cake table and a gift table. There's a nice foyer area when you first walk into the building that leads into a nice open banquet room. There's a separate room with a bar and restaurant area that is nice for cocktail hour and having some beverages.
