Monterey Yacht Club Stuart Florida Wedding and Party Venue

 The city of Stuart Florida is known for it's beautiful ocean and intracoastal views, fishing, snorkeling, diving and beaches. It's surrounded by so many gorgeous beach locations, golf spots and of course downtown areas. Right on the intracoastal waterway just over the bridge from Palm City and 5 minutes from downtown Stuart is a very classic and cute clubhouse that's stood the test of time. Established in the 70s and 80s, Monterey Yacht Club is a condo complex with a fantastic spot picked out right on the water. Monterey Yacht club boasts easy access with a perfect parking lot that is right next to the clubhouse with lots of parking. As you make your way into the building theres a walkway that goes up to the door with a kitchen access door on one side and a main door for the other. The kitchen access is great for your caterers. It has a window that can be opened to serve food or you can serve drinks too. The room is nice and open with a large wooden dance floor in the middle and light greenish blue carpet throughout. There's an area outside thatcan be used for a cocktail hour and inside there's a sectioned off area with a step down that is great for a buffet. Tables can be lined around the dance floor and your entertainment can be setup at the front of the room and you could even have a sweetheart table on the oppostie end. 


Just outside to the back of the building is the waterway with an amazing view of the bridge into Palm City and boats going up and down the river area. This is a nice place for a ceremony, you can setup chairs for it and have your archway. This venue can accomodate about 60-70 guests comfortably and has both restrooms and kitchen directly in the front of the building. 

Some side notes to consider for Monterey Yacht Club. Your photographer will love the photo ops and there's plenty of area for portraits and family pictures. You will have to bring in your own catering but the kitchen is very large. The building itself is a little dated but can definitely be upgraded with some uplights. The carpet might be the only thing that will catch your eye but the dance floor is perfect size. It has very easy access for your event specialists too and to drop guests off. There's not a covered overhang up the walkway but its a close walk. 

If you're looking to have a wedding in Stuart Florida, Monterery Yacht club is worth checking out. It's close to restaurants and shops and easy access.

                          The day started off about 3:30pm with gorgeous breezy weather. The setting was River Cottages in Jensen Beach Florida. We were helping run the audio for the ceremony and perform the MC and DJ duties for the reception. Our ceremony system was setup over on the lawn area facing the inter-coastal waterway. We had a small bridal party with 3 groomsman and 3 bridesmaids. The cute little flower girls set the entrance of the bride as they came down the aisle.                            After about a 10 minutes ceremony the guests headed over to the reception area underneath the large canopy for cocktails and drinks. The Addison Boca Raton Florida Weddings or Parties

            A s a mobile DJ entertainer we've had the pleasure of working at numerous venues. A great place we recently worked at is The Addison in Boca Raton Florida. I will give you a nice summary of the facility and what you can expect when you have your event there.              It's a nice facility for parties, weddings, even corporate affairs. It's right on the corner of Camino Gardens Blvd and Dixie Highway on the southeast side of Boca. As you turn into the parking lot of the Addison on the left side is numerous parking spots for your guests. So you will always be assured that there's a place to park. They also have valet parking too and parking around the . The building covers all the way around a courtyard with a large banyan tree in the center.
