Stuart Florida is a town known for fishing, beautiful ocean views, relaxing cafes & restaurants on the water, tropical paradise and an all around nice place to live, work and play. Stuart and the Treasure coast is also a great place to have weddings and events as they offer some perfect locations for you and your guests. The Tropical Wedding Venue, located in western stuart is a very intimate setting and offers a beautiful garden style venue with the best of both worlds, an area for ceremonies and an area for receptions. Keep in mind, this is a completely outdoor venue so good weather is a must, but you can always setup an optional tent too. It has a nice open area in the middle of the woods and garden area that's relaxing and tranquil. They can setup different kinds of tables depending on your event preference. This is a rustic style location so you can have the caterers setup more wooden picnic bench style or I'm sure they can bring in standard tables as well.
You will have to hire out for a catering service but there are many great ones in the Stuart Florida area. They can bring their truck or food prepping supplies right in to the property and setup in a secluded area. This venue can easily be setup for a buffet style or plated dinner depending on what you like. There's lots of space for a cake tables, gift table and anything else you need setup. There are also restrooms available and they're close to where the reception and ceremony area are.
Which brings us to the next setup, the ceremony. They have a really nice long aisle for a ceremony that chairs can be brought in for you. There's a gazebo available it's located just a few feet from the reception part. So walking is fairly easy from one to the other. There's also a lot of space for a cocktail hour. Tropical Venue in Stuart also has beautiful walkways, paths, trees and plants to look at. Your photographer will love the photo ops throughout the property. The owners are super nice and always accomodating. This venue is great for up to a hundred people so you can fit a nice size guest count here.
Normally we don't dedicate a paragraph to the side notes for a venue but there are some things you'll want to make notes of when booking here. There's plenty of parking at Tropical Venue but it's across the street in a field so if you have senior citizens or handicapped guests keep in mind that getting to the ceremony may be a little bit of a challenge as the walking distance to the ceremony and reception garden area is a little bit of a walk. Power is limited outside so if you're having a band or DJ then they'll have to run additional power cords. There's no official sidewalk that's flat and smooth, there is a walkway with pavers though. Your vendors will have a little tougher time offloading equipment and it's outside so remember to keep your eye onthe weather, and of course having your event in cooler weather would also be good too.
For those that enjoy rustic, outdoors weddings and parties, you'll absolutely love this setup. It's a cute place to have a wedding or event and guests will love the scenery.
