We have wrote about many places in the Stuart Florida area and here is one that we thought should be added to our blog. Directly next to Stuart FL and we're talking literally across a bridge is the city of Palm City. It's a beautiful town with gorgeous homes, small restuarants and brunch places and lush green trees and upscale waterfronts. With it's gorgeous views of the intracoastal waterway and some of the best sidewalks to jog and walk in the whole area (for those outdoors people) this is an excellent place to check out. Just as you cross over the Veterans Memorial Bridge right on the waterway is Pipers Landing Country Club. It has lots of great golfing and the best views to play on. There's a long scenic circular driveway that takes you up to the main clubhouse which features a covered area which is great to drop guests off, especially kids and senior citizens. Once you enter the building a have a very nice foyer (front room) to add your guestbook or anything else to greet guests as they come in. You go down the main hallway and on one side is a very cool restaurant, lounge, bar area that is perfect for a cocktail hour or pre-reception area. It overlooks the golf course and grounds and has a patio outside with balcony which is perfect for pictures. Your photographer will enjoy all the great photo ops available for this venue.
As you make your way into the reception ballroom. it's a nice open space to setup your layout just how you want. They can put together a large dancefloor for your event and the guest tables can surround the room. There's plenty of room for up to 125 guests comfortably and still setup your buffet, gift table, desserts, cake and more. Piper's Landing can also provide plated or buffet depending on your preference. Everything is prepared in-house so you don't need a caterer. We also think this room could benefit from having
uplights. It adds the best effect of ambiance to the room and your guests will love it. The venue can also setup a small stage for your DJ or live entertainment. The room is setup perfectly to be able to see everything going on.
We have also setup a
photo booth in the main room and the foyer in previous visits and it is a big hit for any wedding or party. They also have some great areas to setup your ceremony either in the next room, outside on the balcony you could even have it on the golf course if you really wanted to. There's plenty of parking but not ample so make sure to have your wedding on a day that something else is not going on as you'll want to have plenty of parking spaces for your guests. We also believe there is a valet service too. The staff at Pipers Landing was kind and accomodating and they can surely help you plan your wedding or special event. The budget is a little higher on the scale but it's well worth how nice the facility is. Definitely look into Pipers Landing in Stuart Palm City Florida.
