We've come full circle from many event locations around south and central Florida to one of the originals for events, weddings, corporate events, sweet 16s and much more. In the very center of Palm Beach Gardens Florida is Embassy Suites which has stood the test of time since the early 90s. For over 30 years the hotel has managed to provide their event services to numerous parties and weddings. It's an older hotel built back in 1989 but honestly, you wouldn't really know that due to their renovations and updates. Embassy Suites has a grand staircase as you first enter the lobby and the infamous white swans in the pond area with very cool bridge that you can walk over. They have a gift shop and a neat breakfast area on the main floor as well as nice restrooms on both first and second floors.
As you make your way into the main lobby area, the building is mostly all windows and glass so you can really see out and it's very open and airy. There are 2 full size elevators that will take you to the banquet rooms and your hotel room. The banquet rooms are on the second floor and there's 2 entrances available, the main front entrance with a drive up circular covered area and a back entrance to the parking lot. They also have plenty of parking in the parking garage which has a walk over bridge.
Embassy Suites Palm Beach Gardens boasts the coolest feature in the area! A balcony that overlooks the entire hotel and is excellent for cocktail hours and pre-party gatherings. It's such an awesome feature and many events take advantage of an entire lobby view. It's great for pictures and just all-around elegance. Your photographer will love the photo ops available here too. Pictures at the swan area, overlooking the hotel, stairway shots, etc. Embassy Suites also has different size room options. They can setup 3 different rooms or open up the ballroom to one large room. It can accommodate a comfortable 150 guests with buffet, and any other tables you want. They have a dance floor and small stage available plus tables and chairs are all inclusive.
The house lighting is a cool setup to. They can dim the lighting and use the chandeliers and/or sconces around the room. This is also a great room for
uplighting or a
photo booth too. They also have many options for decor of your tables. Food can be served buffet or plated sit down style. There aren't really any side notes or downsides to this venue, the only thing is having your event here can be a bit pricey. So keep in mind about your budget and what you can afford because everything is all inclusive here. For weddings they can provide a ceremony area right by the stairs and setup chairs for you. Definitely keep this option in mind too. They also have group rates for those staying in town. Plus there's lots to do such as, the Gardens mall, downtown gardens bars and restaurants and more.
