Vero Beach is known for having a wide variety of rustic style venues, barn & farm style wedding facilities. There are so many different kinds of rustic places to have your reception from being in an actual field with cows and horses to a barn setting with super upscale amentities. There are some with no air conditioning or walls and some that are like ballroom or country clubs with air, and gorgeous layouts. Well this next venue is everything put together in one. Welcome to The Rustica in Vero Beach Florida. This venue has it all and it takes the elegant feel and puts it together with a rustic barn, farm look but very classy. As you first drive into their property you're greeted with a long drive area showcasing the entire place as you drive to the parking area. There's tons of parking and the facility can comfortably have 100 guests. Theres wheelchair accessible drop off to the ceremony area and reception. As you pull in they have a very cool courtyard with a snack shack for late night wedding munchies. as you walk further, theres a beautiful ceremony with seating for all your guests and gazebo area for your wedding officiant. They even have built in sound for background music.
They have a covered area exclusively for cocktail hour afterwards and its nice for hanging out, talking with guests having some snacks and drinks. Music can be played surrounding the entire venue outside so you could easily build an apple music or spotify list that they can play. There's a lot of really nice photo ops for the couple to take pictures as well as guests.
As you make your way into the ballroom you're greeted with a gorgeous marble floor and plenty of space in the middle for dancing and your guests tables around the dance floor and the entertainment or DJ is off to the side. The sweetheart table can be centered at the very front. It has nice chandeliers and there are restrooms on either side of the room. It's a nice open room which is great for being able to navigate easily.
Now for the side notes, basically any kind of rustic venue for the most part will require you to provide a caterer, wedding planner and vendors. They of course have services they've worked with but you'll have to hire a catering service to provide the meals. Food can be setup buffet style either outside the main doors or possibly inside depending on space. Photographers will love the amount of places to photograph and do portraits. There's very easy access for vendors to offload their gear. They have a drive up access area thats very close to the building. The barn aka reception hall is indoors with air conditioning and a few covered areas outdoor but the venue has many areas outside so depending on weather you'll have to work accordingly. This venue is great for kids and seniors too because theres lots of room to roam and older guests can easily walk or push wheelchairs where they need to go. Finally its very close to the Indian River Mall, hotels, downtown Vero, stores and restaurants so your guests will be happy to have places to go as well.
