Avenir Clubhouse Palm Beach Gardens Florida Party Wedding Event Venue

 We had the opportunity to perform at a brand new venue in Palm Beach Gardens Florida. Avenir Clubhouse is a beautiful new building right on Northlake Blvd. in western Palm Beach Gardens in a gorgeous new community. As you make your way tothe very front of the building there's a ramp walkway for wheel chairs and vendors to bring their equipment in. There's double doors that take you into a marble vaulted foyer area with a really cool kids room on one side and pool area in the back. As you turn to the left you'll see another beautiful hallway and restrooms on the leftside as well.

As you walk into the main ballroom you'll be amazed at how big, beautiful and elegant the room is. With tall vaulted ceilings, carpeted and tiled floors and chandeliers. The room is surrounded with glass doors and windows throughout the entire room. Avenir clubhouse ballroom can comfortably fit a guest size of 75-125 or more people depending on your room layout. There's no limit to how you can setup he room. A dance floor can be setup in the very middle of the room and tables around it with a sweetheart table on any side you prefer. There are glass doors on the west side of the building with a nice stairway and covered area for a cocktail hour or any pre-party get togethers. 


The staff is friendly and helpful in showing the layout and room setup. They can help greet your guests or any other things you may need. In addition there are some things that you'll love about this venue. There is a full size kitchen and prep area with direct door access and plenty of room to add a bar area or several bar areas, buffet or sitdown dinner if you prefer and a cake table and gift table. 

Some things to keep in mind when planning your event are, you will have to hire out for most of your vendors. You'll have to hire a caterer and bartender service to provide the food. You'll also have to hire a party rental service to provide the tables, chairs and dancefloor. If you want to hire your own planner you can do this as well. Your vendors, DJ, photographer, caterers etc, will find it very easy to go in and out of the building. There's plenty of doors to access. There's a circular driveway area to drop off guests to the front door that is uncovered. There's also plenty of parking for your guests. Avenir is a beautiful venue with lots of space to wow your guests. We also think the room would be great for uplights.

The Addison Boca Raton Florida Weddings or Parties

            A s a mobile DJ entertainer we've had the pleasure of working at numerous venues. A great place we recently worked at is The Addison in Boca Raton Florida. I will give you a nice summary of the facility and what you can expect when you have your event there.              It's a nice facility for parties, weddings, even corporate affairs. It's right on the corner of Camino Gardens Blvd and Dixie Highway on the southeast side of Boca. As you turn into the parking lot of the Addison on the left side is numerous parking spots for your guests. So you will always be assured that there's a place to park. They also have valet parking too and parking around the . The building covers all the way around a courtyard with a large banyan tree in the center. The Sundy House Delray Beach Wedding Venue Restaurant Catering Receptions

                                       Finally another edition of our blog from a new place that we had a chance to work at. I personally have not had the pleasure of performing at the Sundy House in Delray Beach Florida until this past weekend. My other DJs performed their in years past and enjoyed the great scenery. The Sundy house has some history based upon the venue and this is a great little getaway for those who want a small south Florida paradise with a taste of rivers, trees and cute gazebos.                                        I was told that originally the Sundy House in Delray Beach Florida was the home of the first Mayor of Delray Beach, Florida. This home was remodeled more recently and turned into a hotel cottage type of venue with a restaurant, bar and lounge in the separate buildings and lush green natural areas throughout the facility.
