The city of Stuart has several small towns within the area and it's a very relaxing laid-back area. Right on the intracoastal waterway the town of Palm City is a beautiful area, great to grow up in and enjoy life. One place in particular that is great to have a party, wedding or special event is the Palm City Community Building or center. It's on the west side of the bridge going over the waterway and into the city of Stuart.  Palm City Community Center is a cute building that has stood the test of time as it's been in this location for decades. It has now been fully remodeled and has a beautiful modern look to it on the inside. The building is a nice open room with space to hold a comfortable 50-80 people and boasts a modern light wood floor. There are windows surrounding the building and nice size restrooms.  Some other really great features are a full-size kitchen for catering or preparing food. It has a fridge and prep area with a pass-through window to the...

For this edition of the blog we would like to revisit a venue we have spent many years performing at and already wrote about it about a decade ago but it's become a popular place to have weddings and you'll definitely want to look into it. As one of the few rustic outdoor farm wedding venues in the area, Southern Palm Bed & Breakfast boasts a little piece of paradise, "out in the woods," so to speak. It's a large property with a beautiful field and lots of trees with plenty of rooms for the bride & groom and/or bridal party to stay. Located 15 minutes west of I-95 and the turnpike in the Loxahatchee, Royal Palm Beach, Wellington area, it's right off the main road. The best part about the location is, its very close to stores and the city so you'll feel as if you're in the middle of nowhere but with the convenience of being within miles of places.  As you first drive in you'll be greeted by a long driveway that shows you how large the prope...

It's an older hotel built back in 1989 but honestly, you wouldn't really know that due to their renovations and updates. Embassy Suites has a grand staircase as you first enter the lobby and the infamous white swans in the pond area with very cool bridge that you can walk over. They have a gift shop and a neat breakfast area on the main floor as well as nice restrooms on both first and second floors.
