Hobe Sound Farmers Market Wedding Party and Event DJ

 We have a new venue that we had the pleasure of visiting. This venue doubles as a place for kids and families and hosts weddings, parties, baby showers and get togethers. It's a very unique place with many different activities, farm animals, food, and fun. The Hobe Sound Farmers Market open most days till 2pm and 5pm on certain days, is really neat. There's a nice full size parking lot right up front as your first drive in and there's ample parking. The farmers market is located directly off I-95 and Bridge Road to the west. So its super convenient to get places and its within 5 minutes of hotels. So if you're planning a wedding or an event with guests flying or driving in, there's plenty hotels for them to stay. 

As you drive in, theres a dirt road that takes you all the way around to the very back where the barn is. If you're looking for the ultimate authentic farm/barn experience this is your place to go. Theres a large parking lot at the barn and its such a real farm experience theres a water trough that runs throughout and a really cool very long bar area. Vendors will absolutely love how easy it is to get in and out of the building. They have a large barn door that opens so you can back your car right up. For events they also have a nice accesible trailor with clean restrooms. The barn is a nice open room, no dancefloor is needed as its a cement floor and theres a nice divider with an additional room on the west side. 

For cocktail hour they have a nice patio aka balcony area to the north that guests can enjoy drinks and snacks. They have a nice cooridor area that can have a bar setup with a greeting table as well to the south end of the barn. They can also open up the barn doors to allow guests to come into the party or reception when its ready. There's also a reall nice firepit available that everyone loves to use.

There's also a really great area separate in another location of the property for ceremonies. Your musician or dj can drive over to this location and setup. It's secluded with a really nice wooded path that is great for your photographer. It has trees and brush to give it a country feel without being in the middle of nowhere.

A few side notes for Hobe Sound Farmers Market that you'll want to think about. The barn is not air conditioned but seems like it can stay pretty cool with the barn doors open. So having your event in a season thats not too hot is the best option. There's a little bit of a trek between te ceremony and reception so for older guests or wheelchair guests, it can be a bit of a challenge. There's lots of places for photo ops for your photographer and that's a big plus. You'll have to bring in your own catering and possibly tables and chairs but they may have it there or have reccomendations so feel free to ask. It's a really nice place and you'll enjoy the scenery.
