The Heritage Center Downtown Vero Beach Party and Wedding Venue

There are many classic and oldschool wedding and party venues throughout Florida that have stood the test of time. We want to take over to a very cool and timeless place that is great for parties, sweet 16s, quinces, wedding receptions and any other birthday or get together. The Heritage Center in Vero Beach Florida is a historic building in the very center of the downtown area. It's situated in a beautiful park area with tennis courts, a playground and right by other historical facilities such as the original courthouse from the early 20th century and several other places.

As you arrive to the Heritage Center there's parking around the street area with a sidewalk that goes up to the main doors. You'll walk in a wooden door and immediately see a large open banquet room. It has a fireplace off to the side and directly to the back of the room is a large stage area. You'll also see restrooms to the opposite of the fireplace. It has a wood floor which is really nice and you won't have to rent a dancefloor for the room. The usual layout of the banquet room is tables & guests around the room and the dance area in the center towards the stage. The entertainment can setup on the stage or off to the side and the head table or sweetheart table can be setup there or over by the fireplace.

The room is excellent for medium to large parties and weddings. You can easily have a guest count of 50-100 guests depending on your table layout. Also the area is really great for photo ops and portraits for weddings and birthdays.

Some other information you'll want to make a note of upon having your event here. Parking is mainly on the road with a couple parking lots available off to the sides of the building. There's no close drop off area for your guests, you mainly will have to walk down the sidewalk to get to the building. This can be a little tricky for rain or guests in wheelchairs. Also parking can be limited if there's an event going on downtown such as a green market or festival. You'll also have to bring in your own catering service as well. Lastly if you hire a DJ or a band, bringing in equipment, especially with walking to the door and parking, you'll want to plan ahead for making sure your vendors have a place to park. Definitely keep in mind the Heritage Center in Vero Beach Florida, it's a great place that's affordable and very neat.
