Lake Worth Casino Ballroom Beach West Palm Beach Historic Wedding Party Venue
Taking you back to a historic landmark that's been around for numerous decades since the 1920s. The Lake Worth Casino Ballroom was completely remodeled several years ago and features the most amazing views of the ocean and the downtown Lake Worth area. Originally in the earlier 20th century, Lake Worth Casino Ballroom was exactly that, a casino, pool and cabana with great swimming and a place to hang out for the locals. Now it's become a wedding and party event venue that provides a 3,000 square foot room with a complete wrap around balcony and access to the downstairs via stairs or elevator. The building itself sits right across the street from the ocean and the beach with restaurants and parking downstairs.
As you enter the ballroom, you'll see a nice open room that is rectangular shaped with plenty of space for 75-100 guests, a buffet table, cake tables and gift table. There's no need for a dance floor to be brough in because the room itself has beautiful wood floors ready for your dancing crowd. You could put a small stage or leave it open and have your DJ setup or band / musician. There's gorgeous chandeliers and house lighting that's perfect to set the mood. Lake Worth Casino Ballroom also has a food kitchen and prep room for your caterer. You'll have to hire your own caterer for this facility.
In addition to a fantastic ballroom, if you're planning a wedding ceremony, you can have a beach wedding across the street for easy access. Keep in mind you'll need to bring in your own tables and chairs or ask the facility on their recommendations for vendors, party rental and catering. We provide uplights for this venue a lot too and it helps create a great atmosphere. Cocktail hour can also be out on the balcony overlooking the main road and beach. Weddings and parties during the fall and spring are such a great time of year. You get the ocean breeze and awesome weather.
Some closing comments on Lake Worth Casino Ballroom are, the parking and getting up to the second floor. First the parking is first come first serve and will be required to either have it paid by the bride and groom or party planners or the guests can pay their own. Cars cannot be backed in; they must be pulled in and you have to find the spots that are available. Second, for older guests or wheelchairs, allow additional time because you'll have to either, drop them off and park or help your disabled or older guests walk to the second floor. You can take the elevator too but allow time to get down to the beach for ceremonies and the second floor for parties or receptions. This is still a great venue for those looking for a beach wedding or special event.
