Lake Pavilion Clematis Downtown Flagler Drive West Palm Beach Florida Wedding Party Venue
We're taking you to one of favorite places to perform in the very center of West Palm Beach Florida. Welcome to Lake Pavilion, also known as the "Glass Building, Glass Place." Lake Pavilion sits right next to E.R. Bradley's on Flagler Drive across from the intracoastal waterway and the island of Palm Beach. The scenic views, fun atmosphere and history of the city are amazing. What makes Clematis downtown and West Palm Beach so much fun is the amount of things to do there. Clematis is a street that runs through the downtown area that offers a variety of restaurants, bars, clubs and much more.
Okay, back to Lake Pavilion. The building is a modern style look that's elegant and open with a nice main foyer with restrooms situated to one side and a divider wall to setup a table for guest signatures or other accessories. As you walk into the main room, there's very high ceilings and a very large open room to setup your tables and decor just how you want it. There's plenty of room for a comfortable 100-150 guests. With a large open dancefloor area, room for a cake table, sweetheart table, DJ entertainment or musician, bartender and buffet, this is the perfect layout.
Lake Pavilion West Palm Beach, features a kitchen for your caterer to prepare the food. You can choose from a sit down or buffet style dinner. There's nice large corners to setup your bar area and bartenders plus, all the glass doors open and you can setup a dual bar for cocktail outside and guests inside. The entire building is all large glass sliding doors that give you a 180 degree view of the intracoastal waterway and Flagler Drive. Your photographer will appreciate the great photo ops and excellent views for the background.
Moving on to the ceremony and cocktail hour of your wedding. The ceremony can be setup directly outside on the pavers overlooking the water and palm trees or you can choose to use the large lawn area that looks out over the high-rise buildings and sunset. Guests can then mingle up on the pavers area for beverages and snacks. The building may be a little on the higher end of your budget, but the scenic view and overall atmosphere are unbeatable.
Some side notes for your vendors and guests at Lake Pavilion. The parking can be very tricky so definitely check with the facility about the best options for parking. There are a lot of parallel parking spots downtown, limited spaces and the venue will provide you with a limited number of spots for your caterer DJ and more. There are ramps on both the west and east side of the building for transporting food, equipment etc. This is also a great place to have uplights and a photo booth. Guests can also take the available trolleys to the venue or park in the parking garages too.
Hope you enjoyed this blog and definitely look into this facility. Lake Pavilion in West Palm Beach on Clematis Street.
